Thanks to Mr. DeVore's comments regarding VRE's V06, I can now safely assume that this train is pulling into the yard, having come from Manasas, VA. V06 is likely just along for the ride and arriving here for maintenance! The Mini Van is my "Green Mean Train Chasing Machine" !
