| This was the first skyscraper in Richmond. So why is it on RRPicturearchives? When it was built it was the headquarters for VEPCo's Trolley system. A trolley station was located on the first floor, and main offices upstairs. Until the 1940s, large lights placed in cauldrons lit up the night sky from the top of the columns near the top of the building. |
