PW 2009 and PW 3908 with interchange traffic for the Providence & Worcester Railroad are stranded in the New England Central Railroad yard at Willimantic, CT. They are waiting for a ddowned tree to be removed from the Providence & Worcester Railroad Willimantic Branch tracks somewhere east of the CT Rte 203 grade crossing in South Windham, CT.
