CBRW 651 - CBRW 1626 - CBRW 166 - CBRW 302 preparing to round the corner up and out of the Connell depression (only partial pun intended) as they climb up away from the Class-I BNSF interchange with the local folks. I have to say it, having watched others in various fields, from medicine to shipping and distribution... Ive never seen crews work so well together between ancillary businesses like appear here at the CBRW-BNSF interchange: depending on the day and efficiency in making every maneuver count while reducing the blocked at-grade crossings to the absolute minimum, the two crews of these railroads work extremely well together, and even if one or the other has to make additional shifts, hauls, and drops, before I can figure it out, theyve proven to have arrived at a wonderfully effective solution... so hats off, and congratulations. Somewhere, someday, I hope yall are recognized for what you both do, because the cooperation to achieve the best possible gains, even if you have to work a little more to help out another business, is truly amazing. |
