| Built by the Budd co in 1939 for the Seaboard Air Line RR as #6203, this car was used on the Silver Meteor trains as a 56 seat coach and then was transferred to Amtrak. Later it was sold to the Metropolitan Transit Authority of New York and renumbered #2473. It was then sold to the Valley RR co in Connecticut. When the ORHS finally received it, they did a complete renovation and included portraits of each of the 7 US Presidents from Ohio. |
