A chop topped 471
CSX 471 sits in Hamlet on a flatcat that, according to the shope general foreman is costing CSX $1,000 a day to sit there. This was involved in a head-on collision with another coal train in Boykin Va. The shop foreman says it is either going to Waycross or Pregress Rail in Patterson Georgia.
