| DALE WY Oct 19 1977 -- Union Pacific GP9 321 leads three Chicago and Northwestern units and a mixed freight westbound on the number three track from Cheyenne. This alternate main line was opened on May 12 1953. EMD built the 321 (b/n 23677) in (either July or September) 1957. It was retired in May 1979 and sold to Precision National Corp (Mount Vernon IL) on Oct 17 1979.
