| Delivered to Burlington Northern as SD40-2 7085 in October 1978 and after departing the BNSF roster went to work for Helm as HLCX 6296. Initially this SD40-2 entered the lease pool in patched paint then in lime green primer but currently wears a dark blue dip job. In this photo 6296 is at work on lease to UP with another leased GP38-2 trailing. |
