yes, this is one of the 6 mexican SDP40's. only GN/BN hadany others. NdeM numbered them in the 1310series. i took a shot of one of them in Acambaro about10 years ago; the rear hood doors were open and the steam generators were visiblle. don't know if they're still in it.
