Chicago & North Western 11003 at Halsted Street in Chicago, Illinois on May 25, 1982, Kodachrome by Chuck Zeiler. This caboose and the one behind it (out of frame oo the right) were on the Circus World Museum's train from Baraboo, Wisconsin to downtown Chicago. The vintage wagons were unloaded and paraded down Michigan Avenue on Memorial Day. Had the bity not partially torn down the bridge seen in the upper left, this shot would not have been possible. |
