Description:  A pair of lightning striped NYC RS3s in 2017 is a little hard to imagine, and sadly this is probably as close as we will ever come to seeing them together. The 8223's time in the Adirondack's is likely over after relations between the railroad's management and one of the locomotive's owners have soured greatly.
